Job Description

You will be the lead developer/coach in an agile software development team, with members from Belgium and Bulgaria. You’ll spend time developing as well as assisting the other developers in their daily work. You will perform technical analysis with the rest of the team, and propose solutions to the application architect. You will train the other developers on new technologies and integration patterns, and help us onboard new team members. Your working location will be flexible; from home when possible and at our Plovdiv Office when required for meeting/training purposes.

Required skills

Excellent experience in Object Oriented Development
Very good knowledge of NodeJS server-side JavaScript
Experience with JavaScript Web frameworks like Vue, Angular
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, LESS or SASS
Experience with writing unit tests
Excellent knowledge of REST APIs
Experience with Git
Experience with databases
Fluent spoken and written English
Responsible and team oriented person
The desire to evolve and learn

Significant advantages

Experience with MongoDB (preferably aggregation pipelines)
Knowledge of Redis
Agile SCRUM experience
Proven attention to detail and high standards for quality
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certifications
Prior experience in training
Experience with Archimate or UML diagrams
