In 2008, B’Cover SA was created to meet the specific needs of owners and managers of office and apartment buildings.
\nIt has been part of the Baloise<\/a> group since 2022 and will from then on be known as B’Cover by Baloise<\/a>.
\nAs an authorized underwriter, B’Cover by Baloise specializes in insuring co-owned buildings, supporting insurance brokers, syndics, co-owners and tenants. <\/p>\n

Baloise is required by law to report on the health of its portfolio; that same compliance also applies to B’Cover by Baloise.
\nBefore the acquisition, B’Cover had chosen to host its policies on ReThink-IT’<\/a>s SoFIE platform.
\nBecause the desired reporting was not built into SoFIE by default, new, custom software was needed.
\nAs ReThink-IT’s exclusive development partner with strong roots in the insurance industry, Delta Source was appointed to develop an adapter. <\/div>\n

\nMany questions from our driven developers at kickoff, but no shortage of eagerness to make an impact.
\nAlthough the initial, technical analysis was limited, it provided a good starting point for our dev team in the summer of 2022.
\nA critical eye, a problem-solving mindset and regular syncs between our application architect and developers and the client’s project manager and analysts resulted in a tailor-made microservice that exceeds all expectations.
\nMeanwhile, the application has been running flawlessly in the production environment for several months.
\nAnd it doesn’t stop there: our dev team is again called in by B’Cover By Baloise for the next integrations.
